I’ve never opened a bottle of flat champagne, and I’ve yet to encounter any that’s drinkable that gets left in the bottle long enough to go flat (sorry, Andre is only good for watering house plants). My basic champagne rule: it’s quicker and more festive than cocktails and women love it. Don’t stay at home without it.
